Who I Am
Welcome to the World of Traditional Tantra & Ayurveda
Inspired by Traditional Tantra Hatha Yoga from the lineage of Srividya & Satya Loka Shivoham Tantra, Kashmir Shaivism & Buddhism.
Sang has been taught by renowned International Tantra Yoga Teachers Brad Hay, Radasi & Yorgos.
Our Lineages are from the Traditional Tantras and passed down by the Himalayan Traditions.
Sang is here to share the Traditions and to embody the teachings to her aspiring students. Tantra embodies the Ayurvedic lifestyle. The system Sang teaches is a complete holistic system.
Sang is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Ayurvedic Yoga Practitioner & Detoxification specialist. I specialize in prevention and rejuvenation. Keeping the body purified and in a good state of health.
Yoga is an old discipline from India it is both a spiritual and physical practice and is a self-discovery. Through this form of meditation, it is proven to enhance one's health and spirit.
